Facebook block problme

I have install fbconnect module for facebookin drupal.
I have a problem with fbconnet module and block is not comminga at and site.

help me plz

Are you sure, you've installed the module properly?

I'm trying to enable facebook login at a Drupal 7 site and every time I try to find out how to register my web site I'm referred to this page: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/guides/web/#login. On said page it says you must register your web site (that is a link). When I click on that I go to the parent of that particular page, https://developers.facebook.com/apps/. I'm just going around and around. Anybody know how to register a web site with facebook?
