Looking for a private Drupal consultant in Ottawa to help me spiff up my current site

Hi, I have a web site (http://crashcourse.ca) that is currently running on Drupal, but I am by no means conversant in Drupal and would like to find someone local to spend a few hours with me and bring it up to date, where I can watch the process and get a handle on new features so that I can make simple changes on my own but I still have access to that local expert on occasion if something larger comes up.

My focus will be on publishing short courses that I can sell online. I'll want other accompanying features (blogging, etc.), but the bread-and-butter will have to be the ability to create and publish new content and sell access to that content.

I can already see there are some local consulting companies, and I'll try them unless there's someone who has the expertise and is an independent who could use a little extra business.

P.S. Ideally, this updating could be done over a few hours at some place like the Code Factory where I could watch the process and ask questions as it's happening.
