Heya,
First of all I'd like to thank stephthegeek and TopNotchThemes for a great theme indeed. In my opinion it is the best free theme currently available for Drupal.
Secondly, I'd like to share the site I created using the Acquia Slate theme. I have a home-based business that specializes in health and wellness products. We recently came out with a new anti-inflammation drink called Nopalea which I decided to make this website for. The main ingredient in this drink comes from the fruit of the Nopal cactus which is deep purple/pink in colour due to the betalains (natural antioxidants) it contains. The bottle of Nopalea also has a deep purple/pink colour, so I figured what better colour to choose for my Acquia Slate theme than...you guessed it...a deep purple/pink colour. Well, after randomly trying a few colours out, I came up with the current colour which even impressed me as to how well it looked. With that said, here is my site:

Purdy!
I know I already said this on IRC, but what an awesome job :) Thanks for posting it here!
My only complaint would be that the medium grey (non-hovered) primary links are a bit low contrast compared to the pink background. Changing them to something like #ddd would make it much more legible.

Thanks stephthegeek,
Since I have the primary links listed both in the top bar and the left block, I thought of keeping the ones in the top bar a bit darker, as they are a bit redundant, but still look nice. But I agree with you about the contrast, so I did increase the block regions to #ddd and the top bar to #ccc. Let me know what you think now. I am not an expert in visual design like you, so if you still think it should still be increased to #ddd let me know.
Thanks again for your input!
Love what you did with slate
Love what you did with slate theme. Looks fantastic!
Transparent PNG issue
I noticed on the "order sonoran" page, the image of the bottle has a white square around it. I'm using IE 6 at work right now to view it so that is probably the issue. On the "sonoran bloom nopalea" page the image displays correctly as transparent image borders. Just FYI :)
Transparent PNG issue
Thanks DarrinRich!
Thanks very much for your comments on my theme change and your input on this issue. I think I got the problem fixed. However, browsershots.org seems to not be liking me tonight. If you get a chance would you be able to double check for me? I also noticed that I hadn't applied the fix to the Share and Earn page either, so am hoping that is fixed as well.
Blessings,

Sure thing. When I get to
Sure thing. When I get to work I'll check it out on our dinosaur with that has IE 6 on it and post back.
The transparent png issue

Very nice work!
This post is a bit old, but I was just reading through everything and stumbled across it. I just wanted to say that you did a lovely job on your site!

This post is a bit old but a lovely job you did on your site. One small observation, since you are not using site slogan name - why not remove the vertical line (|) after the site name? The fix is posted at http://groups.drupal.org/node/22148. You will need to set the border to 0 instead of deleting the border-right line. Hope it help!
Also I need some help with my Acquia Slate theme. Please see post at http://groups.drupal.org/node/23346#comment-86497
