Extremely Odd CSS Issue... Help...

I've been working on customizing Pump Up The Volume Theme and I've got an Issue...

What I did was adjust how the Primary Links work and made them have their own Image Backgrounds as tabs. I got it all working beautifully on my Dev site. However, when I loaded the new theme to my live site and changed over, the Tabs Print way off to the right of the screen and the CSS background image prints itself on top of the actual tab image.

-I've set up a test account with the same theme loaded. As you can see... the issue is very strange and even has my Rep at TNT stumped.

I Don't Know what code I should post here for you - so if you can help, then please let me know what code you need to see and i'll gladly post it for you to review.
