Whenever the first person arrives...
It's wide open -- no fixed time or agenda. We say 5:30 at the early end for starting to give those lucky enough to be able to make it the chance to catch Blue Nile's early happy hour (2 for 1) which ends at 6PM. There are usually a few eager souls there between 5:30 and 6. Others straggle in thereafter. We usually find a table in the area just behind the bar. Feel free to plant a flag if you're there first.
