I want to start a team and pick a goal! I think we should try and pick a goal that has already been set but has not been done. A goal that will help everyone in the team. Something fun but challenging. Thus I want to hear from our members and hear what they can and can not do. I do not expect this group to expload. I fear too many people will avoid this group because they are afraid of what the world will think, or that they themselves don't have a disability.

Me
I have ADD and Aspergers. I am well above genius, but my intelligence is very specific. I am not a one size fits all type of guy. For instance, I can not dive into a current project and start modifying code. I can however work within a team who understands that I need well defined API's/libraries to work with. I am good at forming complex ideas and logic problems and then breaking them down to manageable chunks, database design, OOP, user interface design. Give me a problem and I can come up with a great way to solve it. If I need to add functionality to current code, I might as well re-write it, because that is about the only way I will learn how it works. I am no writer though I can and do write documentation. I am apart of the Doc team and support team because I learn best by having a conversation or discussing ideas. I have trouble learning by reading. I am much better with a good book of examples of how to do things, and a goal in hand.
Currently I plan on building this community and letting it grow. I have a few non-for profit projects in the way before taking on any other coding tasks.
I got sick and couldn't program for a few years, I guess I am also a bit anxious about jumping into a project.
