So, there was a bit of chat last night about what we should do at the next meetup, now we all know each other and everyone knows what a Drupal is. I reckon the best way forward is if anyone who reckons they could do a talk puts themselves forward with some suggestions, or anyone who'd like a talk on a specific thing puts the topic forward and we'll see if anyone wants to cover it.
So, I'd be happy to offer a talk on Apache Solr (A better search engine that works with Drupal), Drupal Commerce or Making Drupal run fast. Shout if they interest you, or you've got something else in mind.

Xdebug setup?
Xdebug's a particular area of interest for me because people always struggle setting up step debuggers with PHP, so I'd be happy to come along and demo that if it's not too "out there" as a topic!
I'd be really interested in knowing more about Solr by the way, it's one area (amongst many ;) I'm lacking in.

I'd definitely be up for a talk about xdebug. I managed to get it working with Eclipse and Netbeans (works well, fair play) but more detail would be great.

XDebug would interest me. I've got step-by-step debugging working a couple of times, but never managed to really feel productive with it. Would be nice to see how you're using it.

At the moment I'm very interested in ideas for organising and managing dev teams: tools, workflow, git, Features module, db management, etc. If anyone has a few words to say around those topics then I'd be a Happy Wes.

Hi all. Thanks for setting up the meeting last night and sharing.
All the above sound great and I'd massively appreciate talks on all of that - solr, features, drush, performance and xdebug.
Also anyone used Location - particularly trying to build a view with a proximity filter? If so I'd love some help, if not once I crack it I could give a talk on it and how I'm looking to use it.
Funny you should mention that
I'm mid-build on a test site using Location and GMap and am yet to tackle the proximity side of things, so this is certainly of interest.
Most of the other mentions so far would be good to, I like Wes' idea about a talk on workflow, especially coming from a small agency to see how the larger ones piece together.
