Apache solr: A far more powerful & usable search solution that can be used with Drupal.

Xdebug: A PHP extension that can be used to help debug and profile Drupal.

Vagrancy: Vagrant is a tool to help manage & build virtual machines. (Development servers in this case.)

Varnish & ESI: Varnish is an HTTP-level cache (it sits between your visitors and your webserver). ESI is a way to serve small parts of fresh content in a cached page. These two tools together will help you serve seriously high traffic.

I'm just starting a commerce project (freelance) and it would be good to see how it compares with Ubercart and get a different viewpoint on Commerce.

I would like to vote for all of them! hopefully we'll get a chance to work our way through the list.

I'd also like to offer to talk about migrate module at some point.
