2012年5月20日，由Drupal 广州爱好者自发组织的 Drupal 交流会于周日（5月20日）于广州新港中路TIT创意园BetaCafe Club举行，一个有特色的咖啡厅，详情如下:
我和广州的诗人（猪跑啦的站长）组织了这次活动，首次参加有六名Drupal爱好者，主要讨论了一些Drupal的应用案例，诗人分享了在性能方面的经验，以及与大家交流使用 Drupal 制作中国风格网站的常见需求、解决方案及制作技巧。这次参与人数不多，希望下次能有更多广州地区的drupal同好参加
