I've discussed the possibility of having a Drupal meetup on PEI sometime this summer with a few people, and I really think we should make it happen. I know there are some awfully bright minds doing good things with Drupal on PEI.
Does anybody have any preference on where/when? When we have them in Montreal we usually meet at someone's office, but I've been to a few in Ottawa that were held in just a tavern of sorts. Both have their ups and downs. Ideally we would start the meeting in an office space so that cool stuff can be demo'ed, etc, then move to a licensed establishment to cap the evening off.
I don't have an office to offer, personally, but I can offer a rather large living room and deck near downtown as an interim venue.
Full disclosure: I will probably try to talk all attendees into attending Drupalcon Paris during said meetup!
