About the course
Join Heather James, Manager of Learning Services at Acquia, for this one day course which will follow the lifecycle of a typical Drupal project from the first kickoff meeting to project closing and maintenance. We'll discuss the pitfalls at each phase, and how you, as a project manager can steer your project away from potential problems. You'll get familiar with Drupal administration and what your team will be doing in each phase of the project through hands-on activities and discussions.
