Since I want to start spearheading and taking charge of organizing meet-ups and events in the area, I'd like to apply to be an admin for the Nebraska group. The current admin, anthonylicari , doesn't seem too active here (no offense if you are Anthony) so maybe we should pass the torch to me, so to speak. So, that's about it. We'll see where we go from here!

I'd like to have someone active help spearhead some of the activity in this group. I had thought about doing it myself, but I'm not sure of what sort of time commitment I would be getting into. But I am sure willing to help out where needed.
+1 to Dave for getting the irc channel set up.
Maybe if we can get a meetup here soon we can hash some of this out there.

As of today, Greg K (greggles), the groups.drupal.org admin, transfered the group's manager role to me. If anyone else wants to help and be an admin for the Nebraska group as well, let me know!
