Hello Maine group. I just wanted to quickly introduce myself. My wife and I are moving to mid-coast Maine in mid-Sept. I have been developing sites with Drupal for the last 5 years. My largest client is Kentucky Christian University. Their maine site, athletics sites, and library are all running on D6 with the soon to be launched bookstore site running D7 Drupal Commerce. I am looking forward to getting together with you guys and talking Drupal.

Todd, I am looking forward to getting involved with the group. It looks like the meetings are about an hour and a half away but maybe I can find some other mid-coasters to car pool with.
Patrick, the small town of Liberty. It is between Augusta and Belfast. My wife and I are really excited about being in Maine. We have visited many times and we would always say, "Someday we need to live here". This March we said, "What are we waiting for?" and that was that.

I agree. We lucked out and found the perfect piece of land that we were dreaming about.
Freeport is a great area. That was our 'homebase' when we would visit. We would camp at Wolf's Neck State Park and then drive all over the state visiting areas. We wanted a big piece of land and it was easier to find some that we could afford farther north. Since finding the land, we have become really excited about the location. In the middle of nowhere but in the middle of everything.
We will have to get some coffee. I wouldn't mind swinging by When Pigs Fly in Freeport and getting some bread. Wow that place is good!
