Avatars interfere with code and polls rendering

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Oh, those avatars. You're probably going to have to make a node-poll.tpl.php without the avatar in it. I guess people can work around the <code> sections not rendering well, but the polls are unavoidable.

can it not be solved with css? the avatar has its own div. i need some help on this. merlinofchaos has the node.tpl.php

This is fixable with CSS.

i deployed merlin's sugggestion and opera and ffox fixed but not safari.
