OpenScholar Table Issues

I recently upgraded my site to OpenScholar RC1. My schema report indicates I have two database table problems.

First,

Mismatch (1)
Tables for which the schema and database are different.
views

views_view
    human_name: unexpected column in database

and second,

Missing (1)
Tables in the schema that are not present in the database.
formcolumns_ui

formcolumns_ui_fields

All parts of my site (except my CV) are visible, but when I attempt to access my CV or edit any part of my site, my site says I am not authorized, even when I log in as the admin. Any advice will be much appreciated! I'm happy to provide further information if that will be helpful.
