NOTES
General Comments
-Aric is proceeding with domain "cmdrupal.org" for shared website and plans to import various metadata from google doc survey that was sent out in Spring into a drupal content type to begin populating site.
-There is no official timeline for this site, but Aric will be working on it and providing progress updates this Fall.
Survey
-It was agreed that a survey sent out to group would be useful. Goal of survey is to collect data that will allow us to plan further in advance for special topics of discussion. If specific topics are planned further into the future, it could attract more interest and enable us to structure meetups more effectively.
-Drew will create draft survey and send to Stefan, Aric, Jason for review. If anyone else would like to provide input into survey before distribution, please just comment on this post.
-At this point, survey will include scheduling logistics (generally, what days and times of day work well for people), and multiple choice of specific topics that are of interest for meetups (including a blank field for "other"). Topics with highest interest will be scheduled in advance over coming months. Group will decide who is most suitable to lead that particular topic.
Grant
-Jason identified the Drupal Community Cultivation Grant.
-Group discussed briefly and agreed it is worth pursuing as a way of supplementing funding for a summit or camp in 2013.
-Group needs someone to take the lead on this in order to make it happen.
