We are trying to find the right drupal people to join our team in SF
We need someone to help us develop our prototype.

Compensation: Pay the going rate

We are a social entrepreurs from the not for profit and business space who have come together to help the large LGBT community.

Overview:
. Seeking a Web development ROCKSTAR to own the technology development of a new web 2.0 product which incorporates community, mobile, downloads, and a number of other technology
. Developing groundbreaking, proprietary portal navigation and technology for different communities

Requirements:
. Proven experience building highly scalable and reliable web applications
. Experience w/ standard web development technologies from back to front such as: Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and HTML
. Experience with SQL databases
. Experience deploying existing open source software. High level of comfort in a Linux/Unix environment including shell scripts
. Passion for writing code
. Strong proponent of agile development
. Ability to thrive in an uncertain but exciting atmosphere and desire for start-up pace

Team:
. Spent several months experimenting and testing in the industry, including the launch of a test website.
. Sophisticated strategy + business development underway
. Senior product development, senior management people on board
. We are located in the US. We are looking for people to work remotely but be able to deliver and you don't mind being accessible via IM all the time (wink)
. We already have over 400+ people signed up for our community and it is growing fast. Now we need to deliver the website.
