DrupalCape will be holding its 2nd fourth-quarter meeting for 2012 on 28 November, 2012.
The focus for DrupalCape, as we move into the final couple of workshop meetings for the year will focus on project processes. How to estimate and run a project successfully, how to set up a managed development/design environment, and how to review and test code using processes and tools.
Our meeting on 28th November, 2012 will be focussed on creating a Development and Design environment which follows recommended practices. Specifically we will be showing you how to set up an environment featuring a Development Server, Staging Server, and a Live Server, using a code repository and a couple of other tricks to keep things running smoothly, and your customers happy. We will also discuss testing methodology, giving much cognisance to project management methodology, because they really do go hand-in-glove.
