Enjoy a beautiful ferry ride from Seattle to Bainbridge Island for the second-ever B.I. Drupal meetup. It will be at OfficeXpats, a coworking space and conference center that is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Here's the schedule:
- Come as early as you'd like and enjoy free coworking all day (courtesy of Drupal Squad and Barn Door Productions).
- The meeting will run from 6:30 to 8:00.
- After the meeting, we will adjourn to the Harbour Public House for further socializing and Drupal talk. (drinks on Drupal Squad and Barn Door Productions)

- Bainbridge ferry schedule - NOTE: To arrive in time for the meetup at 6:30, walk or bike (to skip the rush-hour car lineup and higher fares) onto the ferry by 5:30 at the latest (see schedule for earlier sailings). Crossing takes 35 minutes. Fare for peds and cyclists is $7.50 to come to Bainbridge. Returning to Seattle is free without a car and saves almost $30 in fares.

Hi everyone,
Look forward to the December meetup in Bainbridge! Thanks, Leif, for posting it. I'd be interested in talking with folks about the Kabissa Trust Badges project (http://kabissa.org/trust) and pick brains on how it might be implemented with drupal and how best to get there from our current drupal 6 site with rather archaic custom civicrm code. The project is still in the concept phase but is getting good response everywhere I go (was in Abuja last week, Berlin and Geneva this week) and I am eager to start fleshing out a detailed strategic plan for the project as soon as I get back to Bainbridge so I can get it funded.
I'd also be interested in reaching out to see if any drupal developers in the neighborhood are interested in sitting down with me to do pro bono/volunteer work right now to make some very basic (but very needed) incremental fixes and theme improvements to the Kabissa website. Ping me if you're interested and I'll give you access to our issue queue.

Who's coming?
Signups for Tuesday's (tomorrow) #BIDUG meetup are pretty low. But last time we had 17 people show up, with only 6 signups.
