Workshop on eCommerce site using Drupal Commerce (Hands-on)

Hi All,

Our upcoming meetup is so interesting, and we are really excited and have been waiting for long for this.Thanks to meetup members for bringing this excellent idea. Meetup on 2nd Dec 2012 from 10:00 AM to 1:00PM IST, will be on practical sessions on e-commerce, where we would we building a functional e-commerce portal within an hour.Please see event details below.

Agenda :

1. Introduction in Gangam style.
2. Quick recap on what happened last week. and whats going to     come : Drupalcamp Mumbai.
3. Briefs on what we will do-
      a. A demo e-commerce site will be shown to all at the beginning, this is what we will be building.
      b. Quick clarification on Requirements.
      c. Note on related modules will be given.
      d. Walkthrough the process on building the site, instructions will be given.

4. Team will be formed comprising of sr Druplers and new developers and students, who will work together to do this exercise.
5. Team to start developing e-commerce portal, dividing their tasks, this will ensure learning experience for all.
6. We will have Drupal and Drupal commerce expert on the floor, to guide.
7. You will get internet access.

Pre-requisites :
Druplers need to come with their machine, with latest Drupal and related modules (list of module will be given) pre-installed.It is advised to go through http://www.drupalcommerce.org/getting-started

We need everyone:

1. Drupal experts and experienced developers, can come-up with theirs queries and issues they have faced on this in past
2. Beginners, Students , they can learn and discuss their issues with others
