I originally posted this weeks ago on the Drupal install forum and got no response...
I am not sure if I am posting these questions in the right place so forgive me if I am not...
I am new to Drupal and am at my wits end trying to get the OpenPublic to install on my Windows 2008 R2 Server. During the install process it keeps stoping during the Install Profile section and I get the following error message:

I have removed and attempted re-install several times. I was able to successfully install the version of Drupal that comes with Windows Matrix but I would like to setup the OpenPublic Distribution.
Can someone help please?
