You should be able to generate directions from this page that will bring you to the free parking area.

I've attached an image of the surrounding area with some notes. The red box is the building entrance. The blue box is the room location on the third floor of the building. There is free parking between the purple lines on the map.

To get to the room: Enter the Library through the main entrance, take the elevator or stairs to the 6th floor (3rd floor from ground level), turn left to head into EWFM South through double-doors, turn right when confronted by the row of books and then turn left to head down the aisle. 625 is the large conference room at the end of the floor. I've attached an image highlighting the room with the floor layout.
