Drupal 7 provides more flexibility but its error system is not proper so how we can handle this regards PDO Exception Error - How to resolve this? and many more related to error .

All of a sudden I get this error message and am no longer able to open the web site.I live in Houston, TX area and am desperate for assistance. I am new to Drupal and am still trying to learn the system. The web site was designed for our non-profit organization and I need to get it back up. I have read info to fix but it is confusing.
