Question re included wkhtmltopdf.

I just installed the patch for the print_pdf module so that it couls find BOA's wkhtmltopdf: http://drupal.org/files/print_pdf-detect-system-binary-6.patch

My sites setup (which I imported from a regular Aegir platform when I started BOA) for my static custom profiles places this module in :
/data/disk/o1/static/platforms/platform_name/sites/all/modules/print/print_pdf

1) Will I need to re-apply this patch every time I update the print module? For both placements/ locations (is there any difference between locations as to whether or not the patch will have to be re-applied over and over again):?

1. /data/disk/o1/static/platforms/platform_name/sites/all/modules/print/print_pdf
2. /data/disk/o1/static/platforms/platform_name/sites/sitename.com/modules/print/print_pdf.
