This is great news! There is a new effort underway by the project/bootstrap project to combine the efforts of all bootstrap projects. You can find the sandbox here http://drupal.org/sandbox/dellintosh/1896930. Be sure to check it out and contribute if possible.
Here is an important note from the developer:
If you'd like to see some more advancement on this front, could you help encourage the maintainers to allow us all to work together on that namespace? Perhaps that would help us minimize duplication of these projects and bring "the best of all worlds" together.
