Quiz - Question Drop Down for Jumping around questions

Hi,
I'm not seeing the Drop down to allow users to jump around questions, e.g. when they have skipped some questions when Taking a Quiz. I have Drupal Core 6.28, Quiz Module 6.x-4.3. I have enabled the "Allow Jumping", "Allow Skipping" and "Allow backwards navigation" options and the Quiz is also set to "Random Questions". Any ideas why I am not seeing the drop down?

The theme installed is Danland (if that makes any difference).
