DrupalCon Group Chat
To help organize all our activities while in Portland, we have a "DrupalCon LA" group chat on GroupMe. We've used GroupMe before during DrupalCamps and it might be fun to do it again here at DrupalCon. New to GroupMe? Here's what Wikipedia says:
GroupMe has a web client as well as mobile apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Those who don’t want to use the app can still send and receive GroupMe messages through SMS Users begin by creating a “group” and adding contacts.
When someone sends a message, everyone in the group can see and respond to it. The app allows users to easily attach and send pictures as well. Users can also send private messages, but only to users who also have the GroupMe app.
Los Angeles Drupal Group Photo

It's on Monday at 12noon and should only take a couple minutes. Some key people were late to the last group photo at DrupalCon Denver and it had to be postponed, so please be sure to show up on time so that it really does take just a couple minutes.
Frontend Drupal Meetup
Unfortunately, it looks like a lot of our organizing team is going to DrupalCon. That means that our regularly scheduled Frontend Drupal Meetup is likely to be postponed unless someone who's staying here in Los Angeles would like to run with it.
The good news is that if we do have a meetup, we can arrange to have members of the larger Drupal community tune in like we did last year during DrupalCon Denver! We had a bunch of people tune in, including a few Lullabots, Chris Shattuck from Build a Module.com, and Jake Strawn of Omega fame.
Do we have any volunteers?
