BDUG: Kalabox...and Drupal Dev Tools

At next Monday's BDUG Will Hastings of Kalamuna will join us to show off Kalabox, a Drupal development environment which provides a web server, database server and php for a developer's computer. Kalabox provides some integration with Pantheon's Drupal hosting service and it comes with the Panopoly distribution of Drupal pre-installed.

We may have time after the demo to expand the conversation to cover other development tools. The IST Drupal team currently develops uses Acquia Dev Desktop and phpStorm by JetBrains. (We have phpStorm configured to debug php running either on Acquia Dev Desktop or from the command-line.) We also could talk about Drush. If you have a particular interest in these topics (or other related topics) please reply here so we can take your interests into account.
