A place to start talking about talks (rather than talking about talking about talks).
Post details either of talks you are prepared to give or topics you would like to hear about. There are a number of options, and it doesn't need to be major commitment.
Talks could range from the lightning talk format similar to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lightning_talk to a more involved 30mins presentation. You don't even need to use slides. So five minutes show and tell on a killer module you have discovered for example.
Can't wait?? If you are really dying to "show and tell something" then let people know before a social meetup and you can probably get a group of people to gather around your laptop. Make sure you are following @druapalbristol on twitter and tweet your "Show and tell" to @drupalbristol and it will be re-tweeted to all followers.
When there is a critical mass something more formal can be arranged for one of the Social meetups.

If the machinery starts churning then later we could start think about recording presentations, getting guest talkers via Google hangout etc.

Entity talk
I can do a talk around Custom entities, depending on other talk offers this could either be a 10 minute lightning talks with a quick intro and history, usecases and demo of the ECK entity construction kit module.
Or a longer presentation (30 mins or more) touching data modelling, the Entity API module, related modules, EntityFieldQueries etc. etc.

I could do a talk about using aegir for lots of sites
we've been running aeigr for about a year now, managing our portfolio of around 1000 sites. I could give a talk around some of the stresses / pains of getting that up and running, and the benifits we've got from it now its there.

Omega 4
Not sure how many themers there are in this group but I'd be happy to do a talk on Omega 4 if it's of any interest.
I've been active in the docs sprints and helping in the issue queues a bit. There seems to be a lot of haze and confusion surrounding v4 due to how much has changed and why. If any of you are feeling that too then I'd be happy to run people through it and answer questions where possible. I've used it a fair few times now too so I could provide code examples too if that's helpful.
Spoiler: there'd be a fair amount of Sass stuff.

I sometimes get involved with theming and still somewhat of Sass newbie (it crops up in an increasing amount of projects), Would be very interested in this one.

Tried Omega a couple of years back and felt it was very good, but not well suited to large bespoke builds.
Settled on Sasson or Bootstrap since, but very interested to see what has changed.

I'm in the process of creating a responsive base theme for Drupal 6 using Bootstrap 3. I could talk about how we're doing this, the good, the bad, what we've learned etc?

I've been really poor at attending the meetups but there sounds like some really good talks here so I'm looking forward to this one!
Really liking the 10 minute format too it should keep people on their feet without nodding off if the specific talk doesn't quite apply to them.

Lastly I'm also someone who has used Omega but settled with Sasson every since, so it would be interesting to talk about why that is...
