Hi,
I'm trying to display an image in a block and the cck block module sounds like one of the preferred methods.
I've created a content type with an image field, enabled the Provide block for this field option (provided by the cck module), created some content based on that content type and assigned the resulting cck field to a block.
The only page that I'm seeing the cck field show up on is the url that I assigned to the content when I created it, how do I get it to show up on other pages (specifically the front page)?
For testing purposes I've placed in sidebar first, so I would thin it would show up on all pages.
Thanks!

Use Context
If I were doing this I would use the context module.
I'm not sure CCK Block is
I'm not sure CCK Block is what you need for your use-case.
CCK Block is useful for placing fields of a node in different regions on the node's page. Some common use-cases included throwing an image or date or other text field in a sidebar on the node's page (as opposed to struggling to do the same in something like a template or with some fancy CSS).
From what it sounds like, you're trying to display a single node's content on pages completely separate from the node page itself, which is not possible (how would it know to put the CCK Block for that particular field on that particular node on a page that's completely unaware of that node?).
Thanks for the feedback,
Thanks for the feedback, seems like CCK blocks was behaving as intended, switched to a regular view which seems to work fine, although I still need to scale the image.
