Having some serious issues with E-commerce 3 for Drupal 5.x

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone could help me out with these issues.

First off, I installed it ok, and setup paypal to use the sandbox.
I created a test product called widgets and set it to be flexible payment type.

It was added to the products page fine. I then selected it (anonymous checkout) and went into the cart and click checkout.
It then redirected to PayPal fine, except for the fact it did not pre-populate the email address. It's fairly easy to do the pre poplulation, so not sure why that did not happen. I filled everything out and then clicked the pay now. That worked fine and went to the final page with the return to AM Software Button. I clicked this and a warning pops up (see file attachments for screenshots)
I click ok to the warning and it goes back to the main page with all the IPN information in the address bar as a query string and it totally visible to the user(see attached screenshots). This does not seem correct at all. I have purchased other things from vendors who use paypal this way and never saw that warning dialog nor the visible information in the address bar.

I also had defined a node for it to return to after a successful payment and that did not work, it just went back to the main page.
I also defined a node for it to go back to when the user canceled and that also did not work.

The next part that did not work was the user account provisioning feature that is supposed to create a new account for the user AFTER a successful payment has been made, this also did not work. It did receive the IPN and marked the transaction completed, but did not create any new account.

also the transaction info does not show any of the info received from the IPN. It should at least show the email address. Currently it only shows a drupal user name if the user was logged on when making the purchase.

Also the customer email notification does not seem to be able to process the [items] token as the items purchased do not show in the email, just [items].

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong in the setup. but I don't think so.

What I would ultimately be able to do is have a user purchase anonymously and have a account created for them when the IPN is recieved and be able to direct the anonymous user to a thank you page when they complete the payment. It seemed I should be able to do this but I spent hours yesterday and no matter what I did it refused to work. I even tried setting up a product as recurring purchase and defined a role to it, even then the new user account was not created.

If anyone could help out I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

A clean install may be what it needs. I'm not really at the point where I can do that with my site. Just be sure to test the heck out of your store.

Frankly, I'm not sure E-Commerce is actually ready for use on a live site. I may get it mostly working and wait for 3.1.
