Hello,
I am in the process of re-doing friends' static band website in Drupal. I have installed Drupal and have downloaded a bunch of modules. So far, so good.
I am hoping to find someone that I can hire on an occasional, hourly basis to provide expertise and help as I go through the process so that it doesn't take a year to complete. I am on a deadline so I need to keep things moving at a pretty quick pace.
I know that there is a jobs area on the Drupal.org site but it doesn't seem quite appropriate since it seems that these are proper "jobs" and I'm looking for a contractor for occasional help.
Ideally I would meet with said person for a few hours, go over the project, ask initial advice and call on them as issues arise. I am in San Francisco.
Any advice for band-website-specific groups or where I should look for this kind of help?

Hi, I'm in the process of building a Drupal platform that can support many band websites. I'm not offering contractor services as such, but happy to help with ideas, and share experiences of how best to set up, features, media etc.
