My name is Chris, I'm the webmaster at WUNH 91.3 FM in Durham, NH. I'm working on a new drupal site for our radio station, and there are 2 major questions i have for other radio webdesigners out there.
Live Streaming
I am nearly finished with the recommended audio module, but im at a loss when it comes to having a live streaming feature. Does anyone have some info about that? (also, the audio module is not naming audio files properly, it only says "[field_station_program-title] [audio-tag-title-raw]" im so confused)
Program Blogs
I would also like to make it that my program nodes have their own blog roll, much like users have. Instead of the default configuration, i would like to disable personal user blogrolls and give program nodes that capability. Is this possible?

What version of the module
What version of the module are you evaluating? The archive is probably the least tested part of the 6.x release. If you do find bugs please open issues for them so we can correct them: http://drupal.org/project/issues/station
At my station we found that DJs were using the blogs to post playlists so that's why I built out that module. You should be able to use Views, CCK and Views Attach to attach a custom blog node type to a program.

Hi,
I've written before asking about drupal and streaming but got no response. (See http://groups.drupal.org/node/32756#comment-106202.) Can someone out there who has done this before give us a hint on how to set up things up using the station and audio modules with playlist automation software and a streaming server? Any ideas on how to log what get's streamed what also be very useful.
If this is in the docs somewhere I apologise in advance. I'm new to drupal and still trying to find my way around.
