and come and hack on whatever you like. There will be most certainly be some hacking on Drupal 8 core that could give you a hand if you want to jump into core development. All skill levels are welcome, there is usually enough experienced people around to answer most questions. Pizza and Beer are provided for nourishment.

**** Hobbit Edition Details ****
For those that don't know the Hobbit opens December 13th, the day after the meetup. I will be going to the midnight showing at ACM Rosedale. If anyone else wants to make it the ultimate Nerd Night they are more than welcome to join me for a Hobbit screening after the coder meetup.

Drupal Hacking and the Hobbit
Sounds really tempting, however I have a pact with my family that we'll all get together and watch it on Christmas Day - as we did last year. My mom would be pretty disappointed if I broke ranks. :-(

I'll be there. I'm definitely in for the coder meetup.
I don't think I've ever been to a midnight showing of anything, but I'm really tempted to join the Hobbit crew. I'm (hopefully) at the tail end of a cold, which might be a factor for me. So unless we need to buy tickets in advance, I'm TBD for the Hobbit.
