First ever CiviCRM meetup in South Africa - 9 January, Johannnesburg
For the first time, we'll have a Civicrm meetup in Africa. We'll have a normal meetup (where everyone is welcome, no matter if you are an advanced user or just discovered civi and wants to know more about it) from 5 to 7 pm. In the past, we've talked about topics ranging from fundraising strategies to a presentation of new features to case studies about how organisations use civicrm.
For this time, we also will have a free technical training by Xavier from Tech To The People (Brussels) from 3 to 5 pm.

For those interested in using CiviCRM these sessions are a great way to learn more about how it works and get feedback from those already using Civi. If you've previously been to a meetup or use CiviCRM then you already know how great it is but you can still learn more about the different modules of Civi and perhaps get some inspiration of what more CiviCRM can do for you.
