So this topic may be a bit redundant but just in case you missed it, DASA's GitHub repo is up and sharing issue queues, documents and the like.

Agendas only has two agendas in it right now, the one past (last week) and the one upcoming (next month). We use the agendas themselves for notes too so that they then become the minutes for the meetings.
Feel free to open issues or participate otherwise and raise topics you may want us to address at the next meeting.
The latest agenda past (ie with minutes notes) will also contain a recent bank transactions statement.
Other information like that will be presented in a more accessible way once we have the website up (more about that in future). We'll add how-tos and help to the website to assist anyone in getting up to speed with what one needs to do to participate on the site and documentation.
We also keep an Asana task manager and Google Docs Drive where we have agendas up to now and various other documents. We'll be moving them all to the GitHub repo except for the secret stuff!
Secret Stuff!?
Yup, we have some secret stuff, or at least, open secrets. Those secret things we'll keep in the Google Drive for now until we may be able to afford private repos on GitHub in future.
Our secrets right now are:

Personal contact details of the board and or anyone participating at the meetings. Think cell phone numbers and addresses.

CI that need to be seen as being actively protected, like the original forms of logos and other related items. Their exports or use cases like PNGs will be publicly available where needed and if anyone of you need to use the material to, for example, make some nice wallpapers or other designs for DASA, it is always available. Just ask. Right now we have nothing in this category. but we may have soon.
