New Gateway

@Pol you can submit a patch to the SMS Framework issue queue at http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/smsframework and then hopefully the maintainer or other folks in the community will review it. In case you haven't submitted a patch before see http://drupal.org/patch/create
