In the next release of OG User Roles (1.6), it will support the Content Access (CA) and ACL modules. That is, OG User Roles module will respect CA and ACL access control in addition to that of OG and TAC. Note that TAC/OG integration should not require patches as of this next release.
The only caveat is that you will have to be careful about mixing TAC and CA access control. That issue is explained here: http://drupal.org/node/161574
