One AWESOME tool for Drupal is Aegir: it's a Drupal distribution for managing Drupal sites!
Want to launch a new site? Just create a new "Site" node. ;-) Aegir takes care of the server configuration and performs the install for you.
Unlike generic tools (like CPanel) it understands Drupal and has built in support for multi-site and non-graphical installation. Plus, there are many great add-on modules for it, for example: to support Git-based development workflows (DevShop), clear the Drupal cache, sync dev sites with production sites and much more. It can even be made friendly enough to expose to clients!
