Everyone is welcome. I can't tell from your profile if you are connected with the University, but we are in the midst of the rollout of, and moving in to, a University-wide Drupal platform. Thus, a lot of the discussion at this meeting will likely revolve around the University's specific implementation. So you may want to factor that in to your decision, and for a more general group, there's also the Twin Cities group.

Thanks for the reply, gormsby. I'm not connected with the U, and while I'm a decades-old programmer, I'm new-ish to Drupal.
Can you recommend a person in the TC group for me to contact if I want to know more about the group and the specifics of their various events? I find it can be helpful to have a contact person before showing up.

I could help with some of the questions, though I've been a bit lax in attending TC group events lately. Most people are quite helpful, so contacting the poster of any particular event announcement would probably be best, particularly since attendance varies between events.
