We need to find a new name for this event. "Coder Night" might be a bit intimidating for some folks.
Don't be intimidated, just come and bring a project to work on - it does not have to involve coding :-) You can also use this time to contribute to Drupal. I will be working on Drupal documentation and would be happy to help anyone that wants to come and work learn about how to contribute to Drupal documentation.
It looks like we will probably be meeting at Gorton Studio's - however, I'm waiting on final confirmation. If not, we'll find another location.
Assuming we do go to Gorton Studio's - we might want to carpool. I'm willing to pick someone up from a convenient location and share the ride out there.

How about Sprint Night? Sprint is the term generally used for events geared around making contributions to Drupal.
If you want to also appeal to people who just want to work on sites with others, maybe Sprint Lab? Or Lab and Sprint Night?
There probably isn't a perfect term for this. What do other groups call these sorts of meetups?

Sounds like we might have 10+ participants tonight. It's not too late for anyone else to join us.
Just to repeat - this is a social/working event where you can bring any project you like. Bring a personal project to work on, bring a client project, or come hack on Drupal core.
In fact, you could come and work on something that isn't even Drupal related and no one is likely to say anything (unless your working on WordPress :-)

Big thanks to Gorton Studios for hosting the coder meetup last night. We had a great turnout with a number of new faces.
I'm not sure I like the implication that moving things out of the city means we will have more participation. Perhaps we can contribute the big crowd to pent-up need to code since we missed a month. Right?
We did discuss changing the name of these events to Jam Sessions! All in Favor?
