Drupal Training, Consultancy, Online Instructor Led Training

Hi,

I am in the process of starting up a new biz and am attempting to develop a website for it. The site needs to be more than just a virtual brochure since the main functionality is a set of proprietary Java applications that my biz partner is finalizing. I am a "business guy" not a tech-heavy but I am able and willing to learn. I continue to view various tutorials that are out there on youtube and whatever Google can find. I tried to download Miranda so I could join the Drupal.org discussion groups but I can't get that to work from where I am at the moment (Saudi Arabia) ... must be a network or country firewall issue.

So I want to hire a virtual (Skype) coach who can help me get up the learning curve quickly and someone I can bounce specific "how-to" questions off of. I don't want to just outsource the development for cost reasons but also because I am going to have to do the long term support of it anyway so I might as well bite the learning curve bullet now.
