User group meeting
It's almost the second Monday already!
At this month's meeting, Dan Royer will take a tour under the hood of an active and robust support ticket system using native Drupal components (content types, views, rules).
If you are a beginner, you'll get some sense of the power of views and rules for this real-world application. If you are an advanced user, you might get some new ideas about how to apply principles from this application.
As usual, we will meet at the Community Media Center on Wealthy St. (next door to Wealthy Street Theater). We'll gather at Winchester immediately afterwards.
Hope to see you all!
Dan

I just finished preparing my presentation for the Monday night Drupal meeting. I thought I'd say that although I'm showing an under-the-hood view of a support ticket system, this is also very much alook at "Things you can do with RULES."
The support ticket system I'm showing uses a lot of RULES and VIEWS, so my presentation will also serve as a look at how RULES can be used, when integrated with VIEWS, to solve some interesting problems. Not quite an "intro to RULES" but certainly a fun look at RULES.
Bad Luck Again
Dan,
I have been trying for over a year to get to one of your meetings and if it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all. Once again, I would really like to attend Monday night but cannot.
You presentation this month especially interests me and I'm wondering if there is any way to get a hard copy, soft copy, audio copy, video copy, any media, of your program?
Feeling super disappointed but cannot be two places at once and the other place is unalterable and essential.
Thanks for any ideas,
Jack
Oh, shoot. Well another time
Oh, shoot. Well another time in the near future I hope.
I don't know how much help it will be, but I'll post a link here to my outline and screen shots for Monday night's discussion.

Thank you very much Dan.
Sure wish I could see it live. Hopefully the future will be kinder to my schedule :)
