Tuesday, January 12, 2010 is Florida DrupalCamp 2010 registration sprint day!
Let's make a big push today to get as many people signed up for Florida DrupalCamp (to be held February 20-21, 2010 in Altamonte Springs) as possible. This will help immensely in planning how much food and drinks we need to purchase as well as how many chairs, tents, and other stuff we need to reserve.
Day 1 of the camp will have 3 tracks of sessions for all skill levels. Day 2 of the camp will be "Coding for a Cause" where seasoned developers will help train beginners on how to build a live site. The goal is to build an entire site for a Florida-based non-profit in a single day (interested non-profits should check this out: http://2010.fldrupalcamp.org/coding-cause-application).
Registration couldn't be simpler - just head on over to http://2010.fldrupalcamp.org/ and click on the "Register" link! Registration is $6.11, but if you are a student or work for a non-profit, we'll register you for free!
What else can you do to help? (so glad you asked!):
-
If you use Twitter, please tweet about this and be sure to post the link: http://2010.fldrupalcamp.org/ - or just follow @fldrupalcamp and retweet our posts.
-
If you use email (I'm looking at you, everybody), please send an email to your friends and colleagues who either use or are interested in Drupal.
-
If you have a blog, please post an article about how awesome Florida DrupalCamp will be!
Thanks!
-mike
