Dear All,

Below is the summary of work done till now

1. Venue is finalized and blocked for 7th and 8th Feb- We have secured IIT B for conducting DCM 2015. Special Thanks to Mradul Khandelwal from Blisstering Solutions for putting effort for this.
2. Keynote speak has been finalized - We will announce soon.
3. Few Members have been inducted to get the preliminary work done,
4. We are reaching out to organizations to have SPOC from each organization, who would act an an interface between their respective organization and Drupal Mumbai Community. SPOCs would also evangelize Drupal both internally in their organization and with the Drupal Community in Mumbai and India
5. Some of the organizations SPOCs have been inducted.
6. We have come up with different departments, roles and responsibilities, and a clear strategy of executing the DCM 2015. Which means we are now all set to get the right person taking up the charge and execute DCM 2015. We are now on lookout for the member who can lead different departments. For this, we will be reaching out to you.
7. We have been getting requests from different organizations, individuals to participate and help conduct DCM, this is a very positive indicator which shows awareness and growth within the community.

1. Reach out to community and organizing committee of 2014, to have right leader leading the different department. declare the working committee.
2. Budget and Finance for DCM 2015 have to be finalized.
3. Reach out to organizations for sponsorship discussion.
4. Schedule a weekly status call between organizing team.
5. DCM Website, DMO site ground work
6. Session planning needs to begin

8. Creative and Design work needs to start
