User group meeting

I would like to propose a kickoff meeting for PNW Summit planning Tuesday, December 2nd from 5:00-6:00pm. We can have a broad conversation about the event and maybe even start identifying and forming committees.

Forum One has offered their conference room for us to use to meet up together. Come down and help/hang out!

The address for the Forum One offices is 2101 4th Avenue, Suite 2000 (4th and Blanchard) Seattle WA 98121.

  • to get in:
  • Enter the building and go to bank of elevators on the right hand side, directly across from the Starbucks that's in the lobby.
  • Go up to the 20th floor, suite 2000

Everyone is invited! If you want to be a part of producing a super fun Drupal event here in Seattle come join us for this planning meeting.

Conference line?

Can't make this one but do want to be involved. I also would suggest having a conference line like GoToMeeting or Join.me (not Google Hangouts) for those people that can't get to the meeting.

I know the Summit is a long ways off, but if you are interested in helping to make this event amazing, please come to the planning meeting tomorrow at 5:00 at Forum One.

Per Jeanne's request, I've

Per Jeanne's request, I've created a Google Hangout for the meeting:
https://plus.google.com/hangouts/_/forumone.com/pnwds-meeting

But I'm actually not sure how permissions work for folks outside of Forum One. If anyone wants to participate via Hangout but is having trouble connecting, please get in touch in #f1seattle .

Ha, though, oops, I see now

Ha, though, oops, I see now that Jeanne explicitly requested not using a Hangout. :) join.me might work, or just a conference call. Ping #f1seattle at some point today if you're interested.
