Dear All,

We are getting close to crunch time. A few things we made progress on since last few months

1) Site launch is Underway,
2) Venue is finalized,
3. Keynote is finalized
3) Sponsorship communication have started,
4) Program details are underway.

DCM organizing team will be meeting tomorrow, 13th Dec, Sat at 11:30am IST to discuss the current state of DCM and prioritize action items for next week.

NOTE - From here on organizing team will meet every week to touch base on DCM status, and meeting notes will be published on GDO Mumbai to keep every community member informed.

  6. Discuss creatives, Branding and Marketing - 10 mins
  7. Discuss outreach - 10 mins
  8. Discuss venue - 5 mins
  9. Discuss next steps and conclude - 5mins

Dear All,

We had a DCM 2015 planning meet #2 over Google hangout between working committee which comprises of Core members and Organizationals SPOCs. Below is the summary of discussion

Attendees - Rachit Gupta, Gobinath , Ani Gupta, Bappa Sarkar , Ashish Dalvi, Avinash Shukla, Sagar Ramgade, Nidhi Badani

Meeting Notes

  1. Organizational SPOCs were introduced briefing their roles and responsibilities
  2. We discussed on the action items which is already completed -
    a. Venue is finalized
    b. Keynote is finalized
    c. Sponsor communications have started
    d. Public Announcements to go tomorrow.
  3. Action items expected for next week
    a. Website complete with content for launch
    b. Sponsorship commitment from Mumbai based Drupal Organizations
    c. Venue visit and initial Logistics discussions
    d. Roles distribution for different department
    e. Student outreach to begin by end of next week
    f. Social media Promotions and
    g. Program details to be finalized and updated on the website
    h. Finalize the panel to select the proposed session.
    i. Our next meeting will be held on 20th Dec at 11:30am.

We are looking for more volunteers to come on board and help out. We need you to help with spreading the word on social media, website, student and college outreach, logistics and more. Interested in becoming a part of DCM2015, please write at info@drupalmumbai.org
