Accepting Online Payments

What the the best providers/merchants for accepting online payments or credit cards in Macedonia?

I know Paypal will be in Macedonia soon, and Stripe is still expanding but not here yet, any suggestions?

Paypal is active in Macedonia since last year and most of the companies work with standard bank credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Diners)... Pioneer and Moneygram are also interesting ways of payment these days.

I tried paypal, currently it will only let me make an online payment as a customer.

I cannot setup a merchant account to receive payments.
