A few quick announcements about MidCamp. A few people have asked me if I'm going this year. At this point, I do plan on going and know that a few others are giving it serious consideration. I suspect that there will be carpool and room sharing opportunities.
DEADLINE for sessions submissions is TODAY!
A quick poll of who might be interested in going to MidCamp?
Are you interested in carpooling with others?

Put me in the "serious consideration" pile. I'd be open to carpooling depending on the leaving/return details.
Serious!
Thanks for the timely notice Tim! I submitted a session proposal, and have blocked out that weekend on my schedule.
I just hope this does not turn into me on the megabus!
Last chance to submit a session
It appears that they extended the session submission deadline until tonight. So, if you didn't get something submitted on Monday, do it tonight!

Ride Sharing to Midcamp
If you are interested in ridesharing to Midcamp, please let us know.
Tim and I are considering renting a car, so the more the merrier. I think Lowell is also interested in riding from Eau Claire, and Marly and Sue are coming from Mankato/Faribault area?
Minnesota represent!
I'm upgrading my status to probable, and I've got a car
I'm more interested in lodging sharing, though. Has anyone made arrangements yet?

MidCamp Ride Share
It appears as if there may be as many as three cars leaving the twin cities and headed to Chicago for Midcamp next weekend. Leaving as early as Wednesday evening and as late as Thursday.
If you are thinking of going and would like a ride, just let us know - someone should have space.
I'm checking to see if anyone is thinking of driving on Friday afternoon. My son will be coming from Madison, but can't leave until Friday afternoon. If anyone is driving at that time and willing to pick him up, I can vouch for his good behavior and excellent conversation skills (I taught him a few things).
