Let's make first informal meeting some where in the center of Skopje on caffe or beer.
I can propose a date: 28th January at 18h Place: (Arabesque, Trend caffe ect.)

I have created an event: https://groups.drupal.org/node/455113 to allow signups and then we can have a better way to determine the location.
As always my reccomendation is to meet at KIKA for reasons that there are bunch of people who already circle the place.
Possible drawback is that there is no smoking inside.
